The Department of Medical Communication is a university-wide unit that conducts classes on medical communication, develops the curriculum for education of communicative competencies at the Medical University of Warsaw, improves teachers' competencies in teaching communication skills, and conducts academic research related to medical communication.

The department comprises an interdisciplinary team of medicine, sociology, psychology, and anthropology graduates.

All those interested in developing communicative competencies are invited to collaborate.
